Tobi : Declaration of War

Name : Tobi @ Uchiha Madara

Tobi, as you all already know, is the leader of Akatsuki. He claims himself as Uchiha Madara.

In Naruto manga chapter 467, he told  his Moon Eye plan to all 5 Kage’s and later declare a 4th Ninja War against them after his plan was rejected. He also explains about the Rikudo Sage who once save the world by sealing the Ten-tailed beast,The Jubi inside his body and worshiped as a god by ninjas.

He also reveals his purpose to gather all tailed beast. To revive back the Jubi and then become the host to strengthen his eyes and be able to use the Mugen Tsukiyomi, which he claims the most powerful illusion ever. With this jutsu,he will be able to cast an illusion over everyone on earth and controls them.

Will his plan succeed? Will he be able to revive the Jubi? I can wait for the next manga chapter.
